Refunds and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy varies by purchase type. If the designated number of days has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. If for some reason you aren’t satisfied we will work with you to find an agreeable solution. Our goal is to empower you to be successful so if we aren’t a good fit we’ll work to find a resolution.

If you registered for a coaching or mastermind program and would like to request a refund please contact us. We provide a 100% refund within the first 30 days if you feel it’s not the right fit. For physical products to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and the refund requested within 30 days of purchase. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some coaching and mastermind solutions

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us before returning any items to obtain a refund tracking number otherwise, we will not be able to process your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item and the refund has been issued. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, first check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
